Project Planner

Responsibilities:

  • – Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
  • – Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues if any.
  • – Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
  • – Communicate with customers on queries of orders as and when required.
  • – Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
  • – Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. – Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  2. – Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
  3. – Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
  4. – Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  5. – Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
