CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

1. – Perform machine check and report its status.
2. – Set-up fixture and tools as per requirement.
3. – Perform precision machining conforming to specified requirements.
4. – Perform first piece/ in-process inspection and record result.
5. – Report daily production status and non-conformance,if any.
6. – Maintain measuring equipment and tools.
7. – Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. – Minimum 3 years experience in performing machining using CNC Turning/ Milling/ Turnmill machine.
2. – Ability to interpret technical drawings and setup sheets.
3. – Ability to perform measurement.
4. – Knowledge of using ERP system.
